Your Event.

We’d love to welcome you and your guests to our outdoor space for your next gathering during our regular operating hours. Please look over our Event Policy below. If you would like to continue, please fill out the form. Be aware that if your party exceeds 10 guests, we ask that you rent tables and chairs for a fee of $50. We also kindly ask that you help us maintain our space by cleaning up after your party so we can continue serving our community.

We are a kid-friendly, pet-friendly, peaceful, and happy establishment.

Event Guidelines

  1. If the gathering is more than 5 people, we ask that you meet outside

  2. If the group is more than 10 people, we ask you to meet a distance from the play area and rent chairs and tables from us ($50) so that it does not interfere with regular business

Terms and Conditions

1. Use of the Premises

 The customer is allowed to use the designated space for their event. The customer agrees to use the space in a respectful manner and will not engage in activities that may damage the property, furniture, or equipment. We ask that you meet separate from the play area, so that your event does not conflict with other customers. 

2. Prohibited Materials
 The use of paint, glitter, confetti, or any material that could damage the coffee shop's furniture, floors, or any part of the indoor property is strictly prohibited. If the party is outdoors, please check with management as to the materials planned, with the exception of paint, which is strictly prohibited. If prohibited materials are used and damage occurs, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement.

3. Clean-Up Responsibility
The Customer agrees to leave the premises in the same condition in which they were found. This includes disposing of all trash, food, and decorations. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cleaning fee, which will be charged to the Customer if any trash or debris is left behind.

4. Damage Responsibility
The Customer is financially responsible for any damage to the property caused during the event. The Coffee Shop reserves the right to assess the extent of the damage and invoice the Customer accordingly.

5. Deposit and Fees

If you host a gathering of more than 10 people, we ask you to rent tables and chairs for a fee of $50 at the time of booking. Any additional cleaning fees or damages will be billed after the event if applicable.

6. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Butterfly Coffee from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the event, including but not limited to injury or loss of property.
